Our Story
HAP Consulting was founded with a clear purpose: to help businesses match their ambitions with the right digital, operational and people strategies. We saw too many organisations struggling to turn plans into action, investing in technology without a clear strategy, running operations that didn’t scale, and developing teams without a structured framework.
We started with hands-on consulting in digital transformation, IT strategy and professional development. As the businesses we worked with grew, so did we – expanding into operational transformation, business performance management and specialist workforce support for the regulated care sector.
Today, HAP Consulting is a trusted partner for UK mid-market businesses and regulated care providers. We are based in Basingstoke and work with clients across the country.
